Early Access
XposeGo is in Early Access, and this is a live document. It applies to your use of these pages today, and it describes what the product actually does rather than what it is meant to do next.
It is also under external legal review, and we expect the wording to be refined. The date and version above always identify the text in force, and a change applies from the day it is published, never backwards (§10).
If something here is unclear, write to us —
support@menuxpose.com. We would rather answer than have you guess.
XposeGo is free, it has no accounts, and it does not sell you anything. These terms cover the software — the discovery pages at xposego.com and the venue pages you reach from them. They are short because we do very little of what happens next.
1. Who we are, and what we actually do
These terms are between you and WayExpose, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States ("XposeGo", "we", "us"). Our address is at §12.
XposeGo helps you find places to eat and drink near you. It shows you venues nearby and takes you to each one's own page, where you can read a menu, order, book or pay. Those pages run on our software, and everything on them belongs to the venue.
| What we do | What we do not do |
|---|---|
| Show you venues near you, ranked by distance, whether they are open, and relevance | Sell food, drink or anything else. We have never owned a plate of anything |
| Render the venue's page — their menu, their prices, their photographs, their hours | Decide what is on the menu, what it costs, or whether it is accurate |
| Provide the ordering, booking and payment software the venue uses | Cook, serve, deliver, or seat anybody |
| Route your payment to the venue's own payment account, where a venue takes payment on its page (§5) | Take a commission, or hold your money. Payment goes to the venue's account, not ours |
When you order or book, your agreement is with the venue. They are the seller, and the sales tax on that sale is theirs: charged by them, into their own payment account, and handed to the authority by them. We are the software they publish through. §5 says how that shows up on your receipt.
This section describes what we do. It is not a statement about how any particular law classifies us, and nothing here should be read as claiming an exemption from one.
2. Accepting these terms
By using XposeGo or a venue page, you accept these terms. If you do not, stop using them — there is nothing to cancel and no account to close.
There is no buyer account on XposeGo, and there never will be one. You do not sign up, you do not give us a password, and nothing you do here follows you to your next visit unless you chose to save it on your own device (see the Privacy Policy at xposego.com/privacy, §9).
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live to place an order or make a booking. Reading a menu asks nothing of you.
3. What is on a venue's page is the venue's
The venue writes it, and the venue is responsible for it — the menu, the descriptions, the prices, the photographs, the opening hours, and the allergen and dietary information.
We do not check it. We do not verify it, correct it, or confirm that any of it is right, and nothing in the way a page is laid out should be read as us vouching for what it says.
Allergies — read this one
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, tell the venue's staff before you order.
A page may show allergen information because the venue entered it. That is the venue's statement about its own food, made by the people who cook it — and a kitchen changes suppliers, substitutes an ingredient, and shares equipment between dishes. Where a page shows nothing, that means nothing was entered, and never that a dish is free of anything.
Nothing on a screen is a substitute for telling someone who is handling your food.
If something on a page is wrong
Tell the venue — every page carries their contact details, and they are the only people who can change it. If something on a page is unlawful, infringes your rights, or should not be published at all, §7 is the route.
Accessibility
A venue's page carries the venue's own content, and the venue is responsible for it being accessible, in the same way it is responsible for the content being accurate (above). That includes the words, the item descriptions, the photographs and any file it uploads, and it includes the venue's own premises and service. We are responsible for the accessibility of the software we build — the page structure, the controls, and how it behaves with a screen reader — and we work on that continuously. If something on a page is not usable for you, tell us at privacy@menuxpose.com and we will look at it, whether the cause turns out to be ours or the venue's.
4. Booking a table
Reservations are not live yet — this section governs them from the day they are. A reservation is an arrangement between you and the venue. We pass it to them and show you what they told us.
- The venue's own rules apply — how long they hold a table, what happens if you are late, whether they can seat you at all
- A venue may ask for a card to hold the booking. That is an authorization, not a charge, and it is released when you turn up. If you do not turn up it can be taken — the venue sets whether that applies to a no-show only, or to a no-show and a late cancellation, and the amount and the rule are fixed when you book. They must tell you before you agree to it
- A venue may record that you did not turn up, and repeated no-shows can lead that venue to require approval or stop taking your bookings. It applies to that venue only — there is no shared record, and no venue can see how you behaved at another. If a restriction was applied automatically, you can ask for a person to review it (Privacy Policy §7)
- Cancel through the link in your booking, as early as you can. It is the one thing that makes the difference to a small kitchen
5. Ordering and paying
Paying on a venue's page is not switched on anywhere yet — this section governs it from the day a venue takes payment. The sale is the venue's. You are buying from them; we provide the checkout.
| Placing an order | Your card is authorized — held, not charged — and the venue accepts or refuses it. Acceptance takes the payment. Refusal releases the hold and you are not charged |
| If nobody answers | The hold is released automatically and you are told. You have not bought anything |
| Cancelling | You can cancel from your order link until the kitchen accepts it. After that, it is the venue's to cancel |
| Refunds | The venue's to make, from their own account. Ask them first — they can do it and we cannot do it for them |
| Your card | The details go from your browser to Stripe, our payment processor. We hold nothing about your card at all — not the number, not the last four digits, not the brand or the expiry |
| Tax | Charged once and shown on your receipt. It is the venue's tax on the venue's sale, calculated on the venue's own payment account. We collect none of it |
| Your receipt | Comes by email, with a link that lets you see the order afterwards. Keep it — it is your record and your route back |
If something goes wrong with an order
Go to the venue. They cooked it, they sold it, and they are the only ones who can put it right.
If you write to us instead, here is exactly what we will do: tell you plainly that the sale is the venue's, give you your own order record, and point you to them. We will not decide the dispute and we will not refund you on the venue's behalf — it is not our money and it was not our sale. If your card was charged and no order exists on our side at all, that is ours, and we will fix it.
6. Flash offers on Radar
A Flash is a time-boxed offer a venue is running right now. What you see on Radar is what the venue set, and:
- Nothing is reserved and nothing is charged. A code is not a booking, not a voucher and not a payment — you show it, and staff apply it on their side
- The clock is real. When it ends, the price goes back. A venue can end one early — if the dish runs out, it runs out, and that is the kitchen's call, not a fault of ours
- We do not sell placement. Ranking is distance, whether it is open, and relevance. There is no featured slot, no advertising, and no way for a venue to buy its way up. If that ever changed, this line would change first
- XposeGo carries no reviews and no ratings, so nothing you see here is an opinion about a venue's quality — only what it is doing tonight
7. Reporting something
| What | Where |
|---|---|
| A photograph or other work you own, published without your permission | copyright@menuxpose.com — say what the work is, where on our pages it appears, and that you own it or act for the owner. We remove content on valid notices, and the venue may answer with a counter-notice |
| A trademark, a likeness, or anything else that should not be published | abuse@menuxpose.com |
| Something wrong with a menu, a price or the hours | The venue. Their details are on their page |
| A privacy question, or a request about your own data | privacy@menuxpose.com — Privacy Policy §12 |
8. What you may not do
Don't:
- Use these pages unlawfully, or to harass anyone
- Scrape, spider or bulk-download venue listings, menus or offers, or use automated means to collect them
- Interfere with the service, probe its security, or try to reach another person's session, order or booking
- Place orders or bookings you do not intend to honour, or use someone else's card
- Misrepresent a Flash code, reuse one that has ended, or present one you did not obtain from these pages
- Copy the pages themselves, or the venue's content, beyond the ordinary use of reading and sharing a link
None of that is aimed at ordinary use. Taking a screenshot, copying an address, or sending a friend a link to an offer is exactly what these pages are for.
We may block access where any of this happens. There is no account to terminate; blocking is what we have.
9. What we promise, and what we do not
⚠️ PLEASE READ THIS SECTION. IT LIMITS WHAT YOU CAN CLAIM FROM US.
XPOSEGO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, or that anything a venue publishes is accurate.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT A VENUE DOES, PUBLISHES, SERVES, OR FAILS TO SERVE. A venue is an independent business. We are not a party to what happens between you and it.
These limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows, and not one step further — see What none of that touches at the end of this section, which is not a formality.
We work to keep this running, and we do not guarantee it. Pages can be down, a menu can be out of date, an offer can end while you are looking at it, and a kitchen can be shut when the hours say open.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- The service being unavailable, slow or interrupted
- Anything published by a venue — prices, descriptions, photographs, hours, and allergen or dietary information (§3)
- Anything that happens between you and a venue — the order, the food, the booking, the table, the refund, the dispute
- A third-party service you reach through these pages, including your maps app, your messaging app, a payment processor, or a delivery platform
Where we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows — and because you pay us nothing, the practical answer will usually be the amount you paid us, which is zero.
What none of that touches
Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have that cannot be taken away. In particular, nothing here excludes or limits:
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any consumer right that the law of the place you live does not allow to be waived
- Your rights against the venue. These terms are between you and us; they do not limit what you may claim from the business that sold you the food
If any part of this section cannot be enforced, that part is removed and the rest still applies.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top is always the current version, and the current version is always at xposego.com/terms.
A change applies to your use of the pages after it is published. It does not reach back to an order you already placed or a booking you already made.
11. Law, and where a dispute goes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes go to the courts located in Delaware — except that:
- If you are a consumer, nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, or to rely on the mandatory law of that place
- If you are in Canada, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your province. If you are in Quebec, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code of Québec, and you may bring and defend proceedings in Quebec
Before anything else, write to us — support@menuxpose.com, with "dispute" in the subject. Most of what reaches us is something a venue can fix in a minute, and we will say so.

Why the email addresses say
menuxpose.com. One company runs both products and reads one set of mailboxes. Those are the monitored addresses, and an address that is read beats one that matches the domain.
