XposeGo and MenuXpose are in Early Access, and this is a live document. It is also under external legal review, and the wording may be refined. What this page says will not change while the answer does not: we sell nothing and share nothing, and If this ever changes — below — is the mechanism that would have to run before either did.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing here to opt out of — but this page exists so you can verify that, and so you know what to do if anything ever changes.
What "sell" and "share" mean here
California law defines selling as disclosing personal information for money or anything else of value, and sharing as disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under both definitions, in plain words:
| Do we sell personal information to anyone? | No. Our revenue is subscriptions paid by venues. There is no data-resale revenue, and we have committed not to create one |
| Do we share personal information with advertising networks? | No. There are no advertising tags, pixels, or SDKs on our pages or in our app — the menu page a visitor opens sets no cookies at all, and loads no third-party file of any kind |
| Do we disclose personal information to service providers? | Yes — that is neither selling nor sharing. Providers who host our infrastructure, deliver our email or take a payment process data under contract, only on our instructions. | Do we use or disclose sensitive personal information? | Precise geolocation is the only category that could arise, and we do not collect it. If you turn location on for Radar, your browser hands the coordinates to the page and the distance is calculated on your device — the page makes no network request while it does it, so the coordinates are never transmitted to us. We hold no precise location, build no location history, and infer nothing from one. California gives a right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.121); there is nothing here for that right to attach to, and Radar works without location at all |

Global Privacy Control
Your browser can send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal asking sites not to sell or share your data. Because we sell and share nothing, the state the signal requests is the only state our systems have — we honor it by default, permanently, for everyone, whether or not the signal is present.
We recognise GPC as a valid opt-out preference signal under California's privacy regulations and the equivalent rules in other US states. A signal is honoured whether or not it is sent — a visitor who sends one and a visitor who does not receive exactly the same treatment, because there is no selling or sharing to switch off in either case. No account, setting, or form is needed for that to be true.
There is no advertising here to sell you to
XposeGo carries no advertising and no paid placement. What we show you first is decided by distance, whether a venue is open, and relevance — and it cannot be bought. There is no featured slot to sell, which is why there is no audience to sell either. That is a commitment in our Terms of Use (§6), not a description of a phase we are in.
If this ever changes
Any change to the answers above would be a material change to our Privacy Policy: we would update this page and the policy, notify account holders by email and in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, and provide a working opt-out here before any selling or sharing began.
